Due to an increasing demand Sue also become a qualified EPC assessor to support the EPC assessment business. It was during this time that she realised some of the key issues facing landlords and began developing her ideas for a letting agent with a difference. Sue became aware of how both Landlords and Tenants felt they were being treated by agents, as an independent person in the property she was often the person to vent to.
