Sue finally took the plunge and started Bright Star Lettings in 2016. Sue wanted to create a letting agency with flexibility at its core this was hugely different from the other options available. Sue recognised the ‘hands-on’ Landlord, who may not have quite enough hands to manage all aspects of their property and just needed someone to take a few of the tasks off their hands, which is where we can step in and provide a bespoke support service, enabling the landlord to have a compliant and successful let.
