It doesn’t matter how easy-going or great to work with your tenants are, there will always be niggles and maintenance issues that arise during a tenancy. It is also true that these issues are bound to occur at the least convenient time. Tenants will inevitably notice a leak at 2 AM or on Christmas Eve and will, of course, call you as the landlord to sort it out.
Bright Star offers a maintenance contract service whereby tenants contact us directly when they experience an issue with their home. We then liaise with the tenant, visit the property where needed and if required can arrange and manage contractors to fix the issue. Not only that but although we are happy to use your preferred contractors, we also have a team of local contractors and trades who we have been working with for many years.
So when a pipe bursts on Christmas day we are the ones the tenants call not you, saving you time, money and reducing disturbance.
